For the past few weeks Steve and I have been craving panda express. It's one of our favorites
but we've been trying to cut down on eating out. So, when we discovered the special orange
sauce we knew what our next meal would be, oange chicken and fried rice. We used this
rice recipe and put our own twist on it. And for the chicken, we dipped raw pieces in egg,
fry mix, and then oil. Fry for just a few minutes and it's done! Probably not the most
nutritious but it was oh so good. And tasted just the same. Mission accomplished.
